ClickClick Travel – Proud ChromaLuxe Ambassadors

This year has started with an amazing new partnership for us as we have been proudly appointed ChromaLuxe ambassadors, through a partnership that has been endorsed at the Societies of Photographers Convention in January.

Here’s our founder and tour lead Andreea signing on the dotted line alongside ChromaLuxe’s EMEA Marketing Manager Peter Boodts (the other half of ClickClickTravel Matt hiding behind the camera where he likes to be, documenting the moment).

If you haven’t seen a ChromaLuxe panel before, these are prints made directly on aluminium, achieved through a process called sublimation (the dyes are infused onto the metal surface via a heat press), - achieving superb finishes and durability. There are several finishes available to suit the type of image (from matte finishes that reveal the texture of the metal to non-reflective semi-gloss that show off the vibrancy of colours without unwanted reflections) and more are being introduced periodically, such as a fine art texture! We’ve been massive fans of this medium for printing images for years, and achieving our ambassadorship with ChromaLuxe this year is a special honour!

Very soon we will be displaying a number of stunning ChromaLuxe panels, carefully selected amongst images from recent photography tours, at our studio in Whitstable. These are produced by the fantastic GraphiStudio, the brand name in quality prints for the photographic trade. A partnership made in heaven, even if we do say so ourselves!

When you come to see us, you will be able to see some of our favourite images from last year’s tours, as well as images produced for some of our tour participants as a result of our annual competition.
